order@mrsmaysonline.com. If you need to return, cancel or change your order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request(s) for order changes or cancellations.


Please phone us at (888) 662-6297. Orders cannot be cancelled if merchandise has been shipped. Our products are covered and guaranteed. Product(s) should be returned in their original packaging, after contacting our customer service department. Customers may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% from the invoice amount for all returned product(s), if you decide to return it for no reason other than not wanting the product anymore. For replacement of your product, please read the following. **Shipping cost, return fees and any applicable UPS fees are non refundable


RMA# FOR RETURN/CHANGES

Before returning any items to mrsmaysonline.com, customers must first contact us within 7 days of the ship date to request

a return authorization number (RMA#). Any product(s) sent back to mrsmaysonline.com without the RMA# will be refused. No exceptions.


CHOCOLATE PRODUCTS

Due to the sensitive nature of Chocolate products, we (MrsMaysOnline.com) are not responsible for packages that were left

at the residence by UPS/USPS. We strongly recommend someone to be present at the time of delivery.


CORRECTION OF ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

The information on this Website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current.

We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). DELIVERY DATE EXCEPTION

UPS or USPS does NOT guarantee missed delivery dates due to ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITION. No reimbursement or

adjustment on shipping will be made.


CHARGEBACK RESPONDING FEE

The fee of $50.00 will be charge to your account as an administrative fee if you initiate the chargeback and the result is

in our favor. If the outcome of the chargeback is in your favor, the fee will be waived.


ADDRESS CORRECTION FEE

If you provide us with bad or incomplete address including missing apt number, there will be an address correction

fee of $20.00 assessed to your account.


RE-ROUTING SERVICE

UPS provides Re-Routing service with fee through us. If such service is rendered, there will be a re-routing service

fee of $20.00 assessed to your account.
