IS THERE ANY OBLIGATION TO CONTINUE IN THE PROGRAM?
No. You may cancel your plan after 3 auto-deliveries online or by calling customer service at 1-888-662-6297. You will not receive or be billed for any future shipments unless the shipment has already shipped.
HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE/MANAGE MY AUTO DELIVERY PROGRAM?
You can view, manage, and customize your program online when you login to your account.
HOW DO I RETURN AN AUTO DELIVERY ITEM?
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, contact us to request an RMA# to return your items. Regular site policies will apply.
WHY TOTAL AMOUNT IS DIFFERENT THEN BEFORE?
For all Auto Delivery Program orders. Prices will be adjusted automatically. i.e if your item is on sale at the time of the set delivery/order date, you'll be charged the sale price. When they're not on sale you'll be charged regular price.
ARE THERE OTHER BENEFITS FOR JOINING AUTO DELIVERY PROGRAM?
We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping for all Auto Delivery Program orders except Chocolate Rounds (due to mandatory cool pack cost) during May through September. *Free shipping is only valid to the contiguous 48 states.
EXCEPTIONS FOR COUPON
Reward points will be given on all Auto Delivery Program orders but coupon can't be applied.

If, for any reason(item not available), we must discontinue/hold or cancel your order, you will be notified by email or phone call.
