If your order is combined with other (non) Chocolate products, Chocolate products will be shipped separately. Separate shipping charges may apply. Chocolate products will only be shipped on Monday through Wednesday to prevent delayed transit time during weekends. We cannot ship Chocolate products to APO/FPO, Canada, PR,VI,GU and P.O box address.

UPS 2ND DAY SHIPPING
Orders are usually shipped within one to two business day(s) after processing. Orders received after business hours/days are
processed on the following business day. Example, an order placed on Saturday will not be processed until the following business day, Monday. The order should arrive within 2 - 4 business days of Monday, meaning by Wednesday through Friday. Second example, an order placed at 5:30 pm PST or later on Monday will be processed the following business day, Tuesday. The order should arrive within 2 -4 business days, meaning by Thursday through the following Monday.
All 2nd day delivery orders must be placed by phone. Please call for 2nd day shipping rate (888-662-6297).
WHAT IS "COOL PACK"?
Cool pack is packed in an insulated container with a reusable non-toxic ice pack. Cool pack is perfect for distributing cold evenly,
keeping food fresh and safe. Also cool pack keeps the best possible temperature during transit. Customers have an option to purchase a Cool Pack to ensure the freshness of our product. Additional charge of $10.00 will be applied to your shipping costs.
CANADIAN SHIPPING RATE
Estimated delivery date is 6-10 business days. Cool Pack shipping is not available.
UPS Ground does not reach to all Canadian's zip codes. For this rare case, we have to use USPS Priority Mail Service. Shipping price may be different than UPS. MrsmaysOnline.com is not responsible for import duty, fees and taxes.
U.S MILITARY ADDRESS SHIPPING RATE
Time in transit/delivery to APO,FPO or any other military address is not guaranteed by MrsmaysOnline.com and the tracking system may not work for these addresses. Maximum package weight is limited to 16lbs per box. We will divide your package when it's over 16lbs(additional shipping cost will be charged). Cool Pack shipping is not available.

We offer UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day shipping. We ship from California, please refer to the UPS zone map below to estimate
your UPS Ground delivery time.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day.
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or end of day of Tuesday.
BUSINESS DAYS
Monday - Friday 7:30am-4pm PST, excluding United States federal holidays .
Saturday and Sunday are NOT considered business days. Any orders places outside of this time will be processed the next business day. Only in rare cases are orders shipped out of the day that they are received.
