FOR INTERNATIONAL AND APO CUSTOMERS?

For the time being we are not offering International shipping (except Canada). In addition, we do not ship to APO, FPO, AE, AA and AP addresses.


HOW CAN I USE MY STORE CREDIT OR REWARD POINT?

When you place an order, you will see "Billing Address" page. This is the page where you can use your store credit and reward point. You can not use two promotions at the same time. (Example. You won't be able to use your coupon and reward points at the same time.)

Store Credit : You don't have to do anything to use it. We will automatically deduct the store credit from the total amount.

Reward Point : You can check the check box if you have more than 450 reward points and want to use it. Then we will dedcut equal amount from the total amount.

WHAT TO DO IF I KEEP GETTING AVS/BILLING ADDRESS MISMATCH ERROR?

If for some reason, you keep getting an AVS Mismatch error during your card transaction, here are some other methods that you can try during your checkout process.


P.O Box 123, Try 123 P.O Box. Reason : Some banks have their credit card authorization system set up in a way that they do not verify any address that does not start with a number. Therefore, for those of you who keep getting an AVS mismatch error during your card transaction, you should definitely try putting the "123" in first before you type in the "P.O.Box"


And for some of you who keep getting AVS mismatch error with your Billing Address, make sure you have the following:

1) That you are entering in the "correct" format for your billing address. Correct Format: 12345 ABC Street #10 (emphasize the proper spacing as shown)

2) That you are entering in the correct "registered" billing address of the Credit Card issued by your bank.


WHY AM I BEING CHARGED WHEN MY TRANACTION DOES NOT GO THROUGH?

Every time you click on the "submit" button to make the card transaction, your credit card company is reserving that fund. However, it is not being charged. ONLY the succesful transaction is being charged. This is a way for banks to minimize the risk of accepting fradulent credit card transactions that all banks have to go through. Your held fund will be released to your account in a few days automatically by the credit card company.
